Every applicant ranked, right inside your ATS.
Switch on application review for multiple jobs and Syphtr reads each application as soon as it lands, ranks it against the job's brief, and puts the rank beside the applicant's name, in the ATS you already use.
Syphtr is for anyone hiring into a software company's go-to-market team, not only its sellers.
- Account executives
- SDRs and BDRs
- Sales leaders
- Presales and solution consultants
- Customer success
- Partner and alliance managers
- Professional services
These are the hires where knowing the market decides the shortlist. A consultant who implemented Dynamics at a partner, or a customer success manager who looked after Workday's customers, comes from the same vendors and partners as the sellers do, and Syphtr finds them the same way: by what they worked on, who for, and where.

…and many more. Some systems need a hand from us — we run the first import with you, from an export, and the result is identical: Bullhorn, Vincere, Mercury, Firefish, Loxo, Zoho Recruit, Crelate, TrackerRMS. Not listed at all? Ask — a CSV or a folder of CVs works just as well.
Searchable by tomorrow morning*
Upload today and search tomorrow. Every CV is read in full overnight, not skimmed for keywords.
Self-service, whatever the size
Hundreds or hundreds of thousands, through the same upload flow you use daily. No sales call, no onboarding project, and nobody from our side has to be in the room.
A generous allowance for every user
25,000 CVs per user on a yearly plan, or 10,000 on monthly, plus 1,000 per user every month after that. In the rare case you need more, it's £5 per 1,000 CVs, paid once.
* Most migrations are searchable by the next morning. Very large databases, in the hundreds of thousands of CVs, can take a few days.
Questions recruiters ask
How Syphtr reads the marketI recruit in a niche I already know well. What does Syphtr add?
Reach and speed. Syphtr has already mapped your niche, including the people selling it inside the big platforms, through partners and resellers, and under old product names. You can search all of them at once, by what they actually sold.
It also makes moving into new markets easier. Syphtr has mapped those too, so you can start recruiting in one you don’t know yet without building the map yourself first.
Why is Syphtr good for new starters?
Your new starters might not know the market yet. Syphtr does: who sells what, who they sell to and who competes with whom. They can brief and search with confidence while they learn it.
It helps experienced consultants move, too. Someone who has hired in telco but never in security already knows how to recruit in a competitive market. Syphtr does the mapping for them, and lets them search the entire market*, including the big vendors and integrators, properly from day one.
*Most of the market, not every company. New companies start up all the time and our research will have gaps, so we keep adding to it.
Do we need to know a market before we can search it?
No. Put the brief in as it reads, say cloud security sellers who’ve sold to banks and opened new accounts, and those are the people who come back. Syphtr already knows which companies sell cloud security, including their partners and resellers, so nobody has to build that list first.
It matters most when a search cuts across markets. “People who’ve sold to CIOs” spans dozens of software markets at once, far more than anyone could keep in a spreadsheet, and the companies in them keep launching, merging and renaming. Keeping that map up to date is a software job, not a recruiting one. We’ve built it, so your team can spend its time recruiting.
How does Syphtr make my recruiters more credible?
On the call, a candidate mentions a company you’ve never heard of. Syphtr has already told you it’s cloud security, who it sells to and who it competes with, so you can say so. That works for anyone on your team, not just new starters.
Or walk the candidate through how Syphtr has read their career: the categories, the buyers, the kind of companies to look at next, and ask if it’s right. Even a recruiter who admits they’re new to the market sounds like they know it, because they’re asking the right questions.
How is this different from searching LinkedIn or my ATS?
Both are built for other jobs. LinkedIn serves a whole network, so its search weighs things your brief doesn’t, like how active someone is on the site, and the people at the top aren’t always the best fit. An ATS search, however clever, can only work from what each CV says.
Syphtr is built for one job: finding the right people for a GTM brief. It ranks them by how well they fit, and it reads past the words on a CV to what someone actually sold, who to and how, because it already knows what the employers sell.
How is Syphtr different from other AI sourcing tools?
Most AI sourcing tools compare CVs to your job spec, reading the words on both. That works when a CV spells everything out, but often it doesn’t. Knowing what someone really sold means knowing what each of their employers sells, who to, and where it sits in the market, and researching every employer on every CV while you wait would be slow and expensive. So general tools mostly work from the words.
Syphtr did that research before you search, for the GTM market specifically. So it’s useful from the first search, and it finds people whose CVs look nothing like the spec. A tool that learns from your feedback might get there in the end, but you’d be the one building the map, one rejected candidate at a time.
How much can Syphtr tell from a thin CV?
Only as much as the CV gives it, and we’d rather say so. “Account manager, Microsoft” and nothing else is thin for anyone.
Syphtr still gets further than a keyword search. It knows what the employers sell, so it can judge how likely someone is to have sold what you need: a seller at a focused vendor tells you far more than one at a giant with hundreds of products. And the moment a CV names a product, Syphtr knows what kind of seller they are.
Does it use AI?
Lightly, and on purpose. AI helps read briefs and CVs and checks the borderline calls. Most of what makes Syphtr useful isn’t AI at all: it’s the market map and fixed rules, so the same CV gets the same answer, and every answer comes with its reason.
Where does your data come from?
Two places: the CVs and ATS data you bring, and the Syphtr network of professional profiles of people in software sales and go-to-market roles. Syphtr reads every one against its own map of the software market.
How we handle personal data, including the people in the network, is set out in our privacy policy.
Does anyone else have this data?
Not in this form. Profiles exist in many places; what Syphtr adds is the reading of them, every person scored against a market map we’ve built: what they sold, who to, how and at what level. That’s ours.
What comes across when we migrate from our ATS?
Your CVs. Migration is self-service: connect your ATS or upload an export, and every CV is read and searchable, usually by the next morning. That’s all Syphtr needs, because what someone has done is in their CV.
Notes, call history and pipeline stages are a different job, and not what Syphtr is built for. We can bring them across, but every ATS stores them differently, so it’s case by case: we’ll look at your system and tell you how it would work, how long it would take and what it would cost.
How quickly can we start?
Bring your CVs across from your ATS and most databases are searchable by the next morning. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.
